I would like to intoduce my latest blog post Penrith newborn lifestyle photographer RILEY.

This is a brand new genre for me but i is one that speaks my heart and makes me feel complete as a photographer.

Firstly I want to thank Jess and Greg for welcoming into their brand new beautiful home in Blackheath in the Blue Mountains!!

I keep saying there is so much to love about this job but seriously I get to meet beautiful people, go on adventurous drives, play with babies and kids and document some of lifes most treasured moments.

newborn lifestyle photography is all about capturing real moments, natural interaction in a natural setting. I think its so very important to capture these moments as our home is where our family is created, our values and beliefs are formed, where we learn, where we love, were we connect and interact. It’s like that old saying, home really is where the heart is.

The first moments with a newborn are so precious, those long gazes, their smell, their unconditional love and the joy new life brings.

We spend so much time in our homes, styling and decorating our homes and creating memories, and I truly beleive those memories shouold be captured.

I has a baby three months ago and I can tell you time passes us by so quickly its scary.

Those early days are so beautiful but often relly tough, your sleep deprived, sore and still on cloud nine, if there is one thing I want to do in my career its to capture as many real moments for my clients as possible.
