Amazing words my client Michelle wrote on her Facebook page today, how absolutely beautiful of her:

I was blessed to meet Michelle when business networking, she is a fellow business woman and also the brave woman who proposed to her now fiancee Rohan!

Michelle took Rohan on a 3 day weekend away which is a huge deal as he is a chef and we all know chef’s work weekends. She planned many activities while slowly giving Rohan Magic cards along the way during the different activities she had planned. Michelle says

“The Proposal!

Monday 29th February 2016 8pm (Leap Day)

I did have a speech planned in my head but after

I handed him the final magic card all I could manage was

to ask the love of my life to Marry me …”

According to an old Irish legend, or possibly history,St Brigid struck a deal with St Patrick to allow women to propose to men – and not just the other way around – every four years.

This is believed to have been introduced to balance the traditional roles of men and women in a similar way to how leap day balances the calendar.

I am so proud of Michelle who is always looking out for those around her and putting others before herself. Michelle is a special kind of woman, the kind we all dream of being like.

I am so honoured to work with such a beautiful couple, as you can see there is so much love between them and we had quite a blast!

I want to congratulate Michelle and Rohan on their engagement, enjoy every moment with each other, My advice to Rohan during the  wedding planning process say “Yes yes and yes” each and every time!!
